We are all interacting digitally more than ever before. CodeVA loves working online, but in a time where screen overload is a regular concern we think it’s time to take a different approach.
Snail Mail is a free activity booklet that includes developmentally appropriate activities for 1st through 8th grade youth and their families. CodeVA also partners with local organizations that distribute Snail Mail to their youth programs.
Eureka Workshop created Snail Mail in April of 2020 to stay connected to our students during the shift to remote learning. Snail Mail offers an alternative to Zoom classrooms with a collection of crafts, puzzles, coloring pages, and other activities that explore computer science. Each activity is written in English and Spanish and currently reaches more than five thousand families every quarter!
